I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was quiet and fantastic with free Wi-Fi. All the staff was welcoming and tackled my issues. the idea to include coffee and tea making machines and a fridge in the double room was nice.

I love the lake view. The people working there were awesome. Due to the language barrier there were a few times they just came all the way to the room to know exactly what we were asking or saying, and they had a smile the whole time.

The ceiling above the ice machine on the 4th floor. $450 for 2 nights, I don't expect a ceiling to be rotting out above the ice machine or anywhere else.

Convenient bus stop right outside. the breakfast was delicious and the view was a bonus. the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome! 🌟

The location on the shore of the lake was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and understanding of a non-Japanese speaker!

Would be helpful if the hotel was a little more accommodating regarding slightly early check-ins (E.G. 1:30pm instead of 2pm), particularly when it's raining outside!

The rooms were incredibly spacious, with ample parking available on-site, and having a bidet in the bathroom was a great feature.

Way to expensive for what it is. The food in the hotel restaurants are showed us very good quality and high standing level. But its not worth half the price! Internet are only working at the two seat in the lobby... And what that with that lobby??? Looks like a souvenir shop? Hotel is ok. Shure you can sleep there. Its clean and everything but you will regret the money you paid...

Thank you for a great stay. The hotel is stylish and clean, the staff are welcoming, location is brilliant right next to Hakonemachi cruise port with which you can easily get to Togendai ropeway station. Marvelous and neat rooms with view are accompanied by top-notch service.

Thank you for the fantastic stay for a third visit sometime. The units are fabulous, beautiful on second floors. The location is stunning and brilliant, 2 km from an art museum. The area is pretty nice right by the waters edge, buses connecting to other areas of Hakone, including the Hakone-Yumoto train station and the lake central to all Hakone' s attractions:)))

We had a lovely stay on our 2017 visit.

the setting was quite amazing within easy reach of a history museum. and we were right by popular areas, another hotel's onsen and the beautiful gardens.

The accommodations here are fantastic, impeccably clean with large windows offering breathtaking views.

We liked our stay and had a pleasant 2 days overall. the staff were courteous and kept the place clean. - the room was reasonably spacious and huge, with a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a fridge; it had lovely views. - the location was great and awesome, close to the Hakone Ekiden Museum. - We were in front of lakes and hiking trails. - It was an incredible base for our trip.

This hotel is big with highly professional staff. the rooms are brand-new and good-sized. - the location is comfortable and unbeatable, next to a ferry port.
